Information you choose to share
We collect your name, email address, phone number if supplied, preferred language and contact method. A request may also include your organization and role, pickup and destination cities, point types, travel date and time, passenger count, trip type, frequency and logistics notes. Business requests may include general cargo details. Required fields are marked on the form; other fields are optional.
Travel details, without clinical information
The website does not request diagnoses, treatments, medications, medical records, identity documents or payment card details. Please do not include them, or another passenger’s personal information, in the form. If you submit information on behalf of an organization or another person, make sure you are authorized to do so.
Why we use your information
We use the information to answer your inquiry, review routes and availability, prepare a proposal, coordinate requested transportation and follow up on changes. Sending a request does not confirm a booking. Your request is not an enrollment in marketing communications.
Who receives it
Requests are delivered to the Orellis Logistic contact mailbox through Resend. Our website hosting and email providers process information to operate these services and may use systems outside your country. The Orellis team uses the details needed to handle the request. When your requested service involves a clinic or another coordination contact, only the necessary logistics should be shared through the arrangement agreed with you. Information may also be disclosed when required by a competent authority.
Technical data and website storage
Hosting and security systems may process technical information, such as an IP address, request time and browser data, to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and limit abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish visitors from automated submissions and may process technical browser and network signals. The contact form also uses a hidden field and a submission timestamp to help reduce automated submissions. It does not request access to your device location, camera or microphone. Videos and fonts are served from this website.
How long information is kept
Contact requests and related correspondence are kept for the time reasonably needed to respond, coordinate and follow up on the service, address questions or disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the request and the resulting relationship. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized; backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, object to or limit its use, or withdraw an authorization you have provided, where applicable. Write to contacto@orellislogistic.com with the subject “Privacy” and describe your request. We may ask for the minimum information necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence. Do not attach medical records or identity documents to your initial message. Some information may need to be retained to complete a requested service or meet applicable obligations; we will explain any relevant limitation.
Care of information and updates
We aim to limit access to the people and providers who need the information to handle requests and operate the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
